General Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and one win Malaysia ("Company", "we", "platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the one win platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

These Terms apply to all services provided by one win, including but not limited to: Sports Betting, live matches, online casino (slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat), online lottery, and any other games or services that may be added in the future.

One win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Player Eligibility

To register and use the one win platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the date of registration
• An individual who is resident in or located within Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed as a person prohibited from accessing gambling services for any reason
• Register under your own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted

One win reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in account suspension or closure. Documents typically requested include a MyKad, passport, or other official Malaysian identity documents.

Registration & Account Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the one win platform at all times. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. one win will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You must notify one win immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, one win reserves the right to request player identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents.

Deposit & Payment Methods

One win accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum deposit is RM10 and the maximum daily deposit is RM50,000 unless otherwise set by the player via the deposit limit tool. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

4.1 Deposit Processing Time

Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

6.1 Rollover Requirements

All sports bets on one win are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled after a match has started unless there is a clear technical error. 7.2 System Errors

One win is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Prohibited Player Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the one win platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

1. Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity or false information to register or verify an account
2. Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, scripts, or methods to play, bet, or exploit games

4. Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results

Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the one win customer support team via email at support@onewin-bangla.com. Prior to closure, all legitimate funds will be returned to the player once the required verification process has been completed.

11.2 Closure by one win

One win reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document
• Suspected or confirmed fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to comply with identity verification requirements
• Upon instruction from the relevant legal authorities
• If a player requests self-exclusion

11.3 Effect of Closure

Once an account is closed, the player will no longer be able to access the one win platform using that account. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any required reviews.
